The eye-catching Frank Gehry-designed Louis Vuitton Foundation is a 30-minute stroll from the hotel and sits amid greenery in the Bois de Boulogne.
Begin by wandering around the outside to take photos from all angles of the unusually shaped glass roof, created with overlapping sail-like sections. Inside, the 21st-century building houses an extensive modern and contemporary art collection, and hosts a regularly changing programme of temporary exhibitions. As well as gazing at art, you can capture shots of the city from the building’s terraces. Nursery-rhyme and storytellling tours engage younger visitors, who can also try their hand at creating art at family workshops during French school holidays.
